Perhaps you want different shades?  A larger palette?  We are happy to oblige.  Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days for products of equal value.  Please include contact information, order number,  and proof of purchase with your package and send to:

You can expect to receive your exchanged product within 10 days after we receive it. This will be faster in some places than others. Please note that we accept only products purchased directly from Viseart Paris on this website. Please contact the retailer directly If you purchased your Viseart product elsewhere.
